A boxing background.
A Nashville home.
Knockout Fitness describes itself as Nashville’s original boxing gym since 1995, founded, owned and operated by retired professional heavyweight boxer Frank Wood.
The gym’s own account places his professional career between 1995 and 2006. Here, the training offer is non-contact: boxing fundamentals and fitness, arranged directly with the gym.
